Within the Reformed Episcopal Church (REC) and the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), the Daily Office is not merely a devotional reading plan. It is the Church's historic discipline of daily prayer centered on Scripture and the Psaler, especially Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer, by which Christians order the day around worship, repentance, hearing God's Word, intercession, and praise.
